Ruzhou Datang Guanhu Yunzhu No. 8 and No. 9 Project

Publish Time: 2025-10-14

I. Project Background: The Core Power Requirements of Quality Residential Buildings

On May 15, 2025, we reached a 116,300 RMB cooperation agreement with Datang Guanhu Yunzhu in Ruzhou City for the distribution box project for Buildings 8 and 9. This project, encompassing 18 floors of high-quality residential space, is positioned as a "New Chinese Smart Residence." Buildings 8 and 9 accommodate nearly 200 households, imposing stringent standards for power distribution safety, stability, and adaptability. As the core of indoor power control, the performance of the distribution box directly impacts the homeowner's electricity experience. The project specifically required compliance with the GB/T 7251 standard and adaptability to the power load characteristics of the residential dynamic and static zones.

II. Requirements Fulfillment: From Custom Design to Quality Control

In the early stages of the collaboration, our technical team worked closely with the project engineering department to identify specific requirements: First, adaptability to multi-circuit residential power usage scenarios, with a 20% load redundancy reserve to accommodate household appliance expansion, second, aligning with the mechanical and electrical installation schedule, requiring customized delivery within 48 hours, and third, ensuring long-term maintenance, with a one-year warranty and 24-hour fault response.

During the production process, the model, material, and color of the distribution box and cabinets were based on samples submitted by the manufacturer and confirmed by the construction company, supervisor, and contractor. Plate thicknesses of 1.0 mm for panels under 800 mm and 1.2 mm for panels over 800 mm (inclusive) were applied. The spray coating ensured uniform color and was free of wrinkles, peeling, spots, or missing spray marks. No noticeable color difference or glare was observed at a distance of 1 meter. Utilizing cold-rolled steel enclosures and national standard-certified components, the circuit layout was customized according to the specific unit type. Quality was ensured through insulation resistance testing and short-circuit breaking capacity testing. Three simultaneous progress reports were submitted for project verification, achieving zero deviation from requirements.

III. Contract Performance Value: A Win-Win Practice of Two-Way Empowerment

During the delivery phase, customized protective packaging and dedicated vehicle delivery were used. Joint supervision completed the unpacking and acceptance inspection, ensuring the precise model and quantity of the 126 distribution boxes. Our technicians provided on-site guidance for installation and commissioning, and assisted with power-on testing, helping the project's mechanical and electrical engineering meet specifications two days ahead of schedule.

This collaboration not only helped control project costs with a full-service package costing 116,300 yuan, but also enabled us to gain experience in residential distribution box adaptation through scenario-based customization. The project owner's praise for its "efficient response and reliable quality" laid the foundation for our continued growth in the regional residential market.
