I. Demand Consultation: 1-on-1, dedicated consultation to accurately understand customer needs.


Preliminary Proposal Discussion: Based on the customer's initial requirements and drawing on previous experience with similar projects, we provide selection recommendations and technical references, laying the foundation for a precise quote.


II. Proposal Customization: Based on the customer's drawings, we provide the best possible quote.


In-depth Drawing Analysis: After the customer provides the design drawings, our technical department will conduct a compliance and feasibility review of the component selection, cabinet structure, and installation process based on the project scenario (such as high temperature, high humidity, explosion-proof, and other special environments). Accurate Quotation and Calculation: Based on reviewed drawings, we combine the real-time inventory prices of over 10,000 electrical components and our own factory production costs. We utilize a transparent, itemized quotation model (with component costs, assembly costs, shipping costs, etc. clearly listed). We provide the optimal quotation within 48 hours to ensure price-performance ratio.


Proposal Confirmation and Communication: Consultants review the quotation details item by item with the client, answer technical questions (such as the application of patented technologies in the product and the advantages of component brands), and optimize the proposal in real time based on client adjustments (such as material upgrades or feature additions and deletions) until the client is satisfied.


III. Contract Performance: Standardized Contract Signing to Protect the Rights and Interests of Both Parties


Customized Contract Drafting: Based on the confirmed proposal and quotation, a customized contract is drafted, including core terms such as product specifications, technical standards (compliant with national GB standards and the company's patented technical requirements), delivery cycle, quality assurance, and payment methods, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of both parties.


Deposit Payment and Order Locking: After the customer confirms the contract, the deposit is paid as agreed. Upon receipt of the deposit, the order is immediately locked, and a "production task order" is generated in the system to ensure priority resource allocation.


Order Progress Synchronization: A dedicated order service group (including consultants, technical, production, and logistics liaisons) is established to synchronize order status (e.g., "Order Inventory Locked" and "Production Plan Scheduled") in real time, allowing customers to stay informed of progress.


IV. Production and Assembly: Precision manufacturing in our own factory, strictly adhering to deadlines and quality


Strictly controlling deadlines: We utilize a "production progress dashboard" management system, breaking down the delivery cycle into key milestones: "Material Preparation - Assembly - Commissioning - Quality Inspection." Early warning mechanisms are implemented at each milestone to ensure 100% completion within the contracted delivery date. For special urgent orders, we can activate an "expedited production channel."


V. Delivery and After-Sales Service: Safe Delivery, Continuous Guarantee


Professional Packaging and Logistics: After passing final quality inspection (including power-on testing and visual inspection), finished products are customized with shock-absorbing foam, waterproof packaging, and wooden pallets. Dedicated logistics and door-to-door delivery services are available based on the project location, with full logistics tracking to ensure safe delivery.


Acceptance and Guidance: Upon arrival, a consultant will assist customers with unpacking and acceptance (checking quantity, appearance, and functionality). If installation guidance is required, a technician can provide a free on-site installation briefing (within the agreed service area) to ensure smooth customer experience.


After-Sales Guarantee: We offer a 6-month to 1-year free warranty and lifetime technical support. We respond to after-sales issues within 2 hours and provide solutions (such as remote commissioning and on-site repairs) within 48 hours, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
